Established more than 50 years ago, Hawaii Radiologic Associates has grown from its modest beginnings as Hilo Radiologic Associates to the Big Island of Hawaii’s most advanced radiology group. Today, the group provides diagnostic imaging services in three convenient outpatient imaging centers located in East and West Hawaii.

Board-Certified and Trained

All exams performed at HRA are reviewed by radiologists, certified by the American Board of Radiology. Many have additional training in subspecialties such as musculoskeletal radiology, neuroradiology, women’s imaging, pediatric, nuclear medicine and vascular and interventional radiology. Their experience and skill ensure that each patient’s exam is interpreted with accurate results.

With the latest technology, our technologists provide an array of diagnostic imaging procedures. Our services include CT and CT Angiography with multi-slice technology, MRI and Breast MRI, 3D Mammography, DEXA bone density scans, high-definition ultrasound, and digital x-ray and fluoroscopy.
